What to tell us for an accurate price first time
The more information you include in your enquiry, the quicker we can give you a firm, fixed quote rather than a broad estimate.
Essential details
- Which course — not sure? Just say "EFAW" (1 day, most workplaces), "FAW" (3 days, higher-risk sites), or "not sure" and we'll advise you free of charge.
- How many people — our flat day rate covers up to 12 learners, so this sets the cost per head immediately. Larger teams just need extra sessions.
- Your location — town or postcode is enough. We cover the whole UK; any travel supplement is stated clearly in your quote, never added to the invoice as a surprise.
- Rough timing — a preferred month or a "by [date]" deadline (especially if a certificate has recently lapsed) lets us check availability and prioritise urgent cases.

- Your sector — office, nursery, construction, warehouse, care home, school, sports club — helps us tailor the on-site scenarios to your actual workplace hazards.
- Your industry regulation — Ofsted/EYFS, CQC, HSE, or a specific accreditor? Tell us and we'll confirm the correct qualification upfront, saving you having to recheck.
- Any access needs — for example, ground-floor access, a hearing loop, or a particular language preference. We plan ahead so everyone can take part fully.

Receive your fixed quote
Within one working day you'll receive a written quote with a single all-in price for up to 12 people and a selection of available dates. There are no per-head add-ons and no travel surprises — the price you see is the price you pay.
We come to you & certify your team
Choose your date, confirm the booking, and our instructor arrives at your premises fully equipped. By the end of the session your team will hold FAIB-accredited certificates valid for three years — accepted by HSE, Ofsted, insurers and most industry regulators.
Transparent pricing — one flat rate for your whole team
All our courses are priced per session, not per person. One fixed fee covers up to 12 learners, which means the more people you train together, the lower the cost per head — and nobody has to travel anywhere.

Common questions about booking
How quickly can you deliver the training?
We aim to respond with a quote within one working day. For urgent situations — such as a certificate that has recently lapsed or an upcoming audit — let us know in the message field and we will prioritise your enquiry. In many cases we can schedule training within days of booking confirmation, subject to instructor availability in your area.
What do we need to provide on the day?
Very little. You need a reasonably quiet room with one seat per learner, a writing surface, good ventilation, and access to toilets. Movable furniture helps so that learners have enough floor space for practical exercises such as CPR. Our trainer brings all manikins, AED training devices, bandages, and teaching resources. Parking or easy unloading access is appreciated but not essential — just let us know in advance if it is restricted.
How many people can attend one session, and what if our team is larger?
The regulated maximum for EFAW and FAW courses is 12 learners per trainer per session. If your team is larger, we run additional sessions — on the same day with a second trainer, on consecutive days, or on separate dates to fit your rotas. Each additional session is priced at the same flat rate, so the overall cost per person falls as you scale up.
How do payment and invoicing work?
We issue a written quote before you commit to anything. Once you confirm your booking, we send a formal invoice with clear payment terms agreed at that point. We accept card payments and BACS bank transfer. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Any travel cost outside our standard coverage area is stated explicitly in your quote — there are no hidden extras added to the final invoice.
